After snagging a few deals, including one that landed me in court, it was clear post-Christmas that our cold calling dream needed a rethink. Letting go of the team was tough but necessary. Real estate is full of twists; cold calling is gold for those who can tough it out. Keep hustling and adjusting until you find your groove.
